The rules we operate under and what you can expect from us.

Acceptable use
Don't use our services to host malware, spam, phishing, illegal content, or anything that targets, harasses, or endangers people. We will remove offending content and terminate accounts when needed.
Your content
You own the content you create. You grant us the limited rights we need to host and deliver it (storage, processing, backups). We don't claim ownership of your work.
Service availability
We aim for high uptime and post real numbers on our /status page. We may perform maintenance with advance notice when possible. Outages happen. When one does, we write up what went wrong and post it.
Payments & refunds
Project pricing is agreed up-front in writing. If a project doesn't ship for reasons on our end, you're entitled to a refund of unspent work. Reach out and we'll make it right.
Liability
We're a small studio. We'll always do our best work, but we can't be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our maximum liability is limited to the fees you've paid us in the prior 12 months.
Changes to these terms
If we update these terms, we'll bump the date at the top and email anyone with an active project. Material changes get at least 30 days' notice.
